We help sell homes faster with premium real estate content.

20 years of speed.

Vicaso began after the Sydney Olympics when Sky Christopherson (Cycling) and Seattle's Tamara Jenkins (Kayak) brought their passion for speed into real estate photography. After late-night sessions with developer Dan Harms, we launched Vicaso.com, the industry's first next-AM turnaround real estate photography service.

In those early days before high-speed internet, photographers would clip memory cards onto a fishing line hanging from our South Lake Union office window. As speeds increased, Vicaso pioneered TrueView® HDR photography, combining high-quality HDR imaging with overnight automated processing long before it became standard. We also introduced iFlyer® property websites, helping redefine how homes were marketed online.

Top Seattle agents like Wendy Lister quickly embraced the service, and within a year Vicaso reached $1.2 million in revenue, supporting hundreds of leading brokerages, including a national partnership with Redfin.

Today, after more than 50,000+ shoots, $8 million in revenues, and a 99.9% client satisfaction rate, Vicaso has evolved into an enterprise-level platform built by technical co-founder Ali Rumbas, who Sky met through the Y-Combinator network, to utilize the latest in AI editing and 90-minute turnaround times to help you sell faster.

See you at the next shoot!
